We at NYApartmentblog searched high and low for the absolute best new apartment buildings in Manhattan. (Don’t worry Brooklyn, we are working on that right now.) Below are the top new buildings of 2010 based on Architecture, Amenities, Floorplans and Layouts, Location as well as what we call “the cool factor.” We had to make some tough choices, but in the end, a winner was selected.
