The Croydon is a luxury apartment rental building located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. A former hotel, The Croydon was built in 1920 and surrounds about half the block of 86th Street, bound by Madison and Fifth Avenues. It sits 15 stories high and offers a doorman and a garage but no sidewalk landscaping. The Croydon was designed by Schwartz & Gross and was erected in 1923.
