Why You Would Want to Live Here
Tribeca Pointe doesn’t offer chef’s kitchens, incredible amenities, or anything particularly spectacular – but then again, with an average price per square foot of just $44, it’s on the lower side of Battery Park City apartments. Rentals are a great way to test the waters before you buy in a new neighborhood, and Battery Park is certainly a neighborhood to try. It’s a “city within a city” – quiet, charming, and featuring sweeping water views, apartments here are privy to some of the best outdoor activities the city has to offer.
