EXIT ART leaves 505 West 37th Bedazzled!

Last evening, EXIT ART hosted a terrace party at TF Cornerstone – 505 West 37th, bringing drinks, music, live silkscreening by GMSH and music by Birdlips.  The most exciting part of this event (next to the beautiful weather & uber-luxurious Midtown West rental building) was the Biomega Copenhagen Bike Bedazzled for EXIT ART by David Byrne!  The lucky winner of this bike will definitely be turning heads this summer!

TF Cornerstone & NY Abandoned Angels Rescue Charity Host First Annual Cocktail Fundraiser at 505 W 37th Street

TF Cornerstone proudly co-sponsored the first annual cocktail fundraising event for New York Abandoned Angels Rescue (NYAAR) pet charity. The benefit was hosted at Hudson Yards’ luxury residential 505W37 in the building’s Hudson River Club.

More than 200 guests attended the event, including Grammy Award winner, singer and songwriter Roberta Flack, Chef Kerry Heffernan, TV Newscaster George Whipple, DJ Phoenix and TF Cornerstone’s principle K. Thomas Elghanayan along with his spouse and charity co-chair Madeline Hult-Elghanayan. Guests enjoyed a special performance by Roberta Flack as well as live music, wine, and delicious hors d’oeuvres while bidding on items from the silent auction.

Attendees also had the opportunity to meet several rescued dogs that were available for adoption and fostering. All proceeds of the fundraiser will directly support the work of New York Abandoned Angels Rescue (NYAAR).

NY Abandoned Angels Rescue (NYAAR) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the rescue and re-homing of Cocker Spaniels and other dog breeds in need of loving forever homes. NYARR will not reject any dog due to age or health reasons and often accepts dogs with temperament and/or medical issues. The rescue relies solely on donations whether through adoptions or the generosity of the public to help pay for the veterinary care of sick, physically disabled, and behaviorally challenged dogs. To date, NYAAR has rescued over 1,500 dogs.

505 West 37th Street Houses Contestants of Bravo’s The Fashion Show
