The building has a 10-story wing, and the west facade of the tower is a “gently curved metal and glass curtain wall, accentuated by a deep red color on window mullions and floor slab covers,” as described by the designer. The entrance has a marquee suspended on cables from the fourth floor.

It allows you to marry the best of both worlds – the excitement and craziness of Times Square with the more quiet, real New York feel of Clinton.
