New developments are going up left and right in the neighborhood, so if the LES is where you want to be, snag a unit now, before newer real estate makes price skyrocket. The Avalon Chrystie Place could be touted simply for the fact that it boasts the ground floor Whole Foods, but the fact of the matter is that the building itself offers sizable apartments and a slew of amenities. The Avalon Chrystie Place is one of those buildings that gives you everything you need and nothing you don’t. There might not be a children’s playroom, but what it lacks day care it makes up for in square footage. The kitchens are well equipped without being over the top, and the building is brand new. It’s pet friendly, and located just east of the popular Bowery neighborhood.
