Why You Would Want to Live Here
RiverEast offers a great Upper East Side location, and the apartments themselves are spacious, sun-drenched and well-equipped. The high-rise building might not offer its own swimming pool, but you can use the one right next door at the Courtyard Marriot (beware of visiting families and their children, however). RiverEast apartments boast large closets, and updated kitchens and baths, as well as incredible views. Best of all, given the finishes and the location, the prices are fairly reasonable.
