Location

The Financial District is the fastest growing residential neighborhood in the city, and for good reason. By day, the streets are swarmed by tourists and Wall Street suits, but by night, the area quiets down, leaving only the residents and the beautiful water views of the South Street Seaport. The Crest is located a block away from the 2/3 train and a short walk from the J/M/Z and the 4/5.

Why You Would Want to Live Here

The apartments at 20 Exchange Place are at once modern and classic, featuring pre-war details with gorgeous kitchens and updated baths. The in-house concierge in the building organizes recreational activities and takes care of laundry, dry cleaning, housekeeping and more. The neighborhood is still up and coming, but it’s growing fast, and the bevy of subway lines around the building mean you can get anywhere in the city – and fast!
